1001 Arabian Knights (though I’ve subconciously misplaced it half way through)
かりん and ああっ女神さまっ(Slowly making myself practice translating again)
How to be a Complete Jack Ass by Jeff Packer
Why am I announcing this you ask? Because I agree with author Rob W. Hart, VP of Novel Publicity that reading out of your comfort zone is important. See his blog post here: http://is.gd/rBO96c
Most of those on the list are fiction (yeah-yeah not that far out of my comfort zone), but at least it’s not all fantasy which is what I tend to read since that is what I write. Two of them are finance related because frankly, I don’t want to be a starving artist, which is why I have a “safe” degree even though I secretly harbored the desire to be an art major.
As for the financial material, I think it important for everyone to have a basic idea of their own finances. We have a staggering divorse rate which means both partners need to know the financial situation, how to balance a budget, and for the Kiosaki book, what you need to know before you quit your day job to chase a dream.
What’s on your TBR list?
