The Picture it & Write Publication (ebook) is live! We’ve ordered a proof of the paperback and just need it to double check it before we set it live as well. If you had a piece make it into the publication, we’ll send you a free copy as a thank you, just leave a comment with your preferred file (PDF, Kindle, Nook).
You can purchase the ebook on Amazon for 99 cents or request a non-kindle copy by emailing ermilia [at] live [dot] com [dot] au. As we stated at the beginning of this journey, all profits will go to the The Girl Effect, a movement “leveraging the unique potential of adolescent girls to end poverty for themselves, their families, their communities, their countries and the world.” As we get royalty payments from Amazon*, we’ll send in the donations and update our Community Involvement page.
Important Information for Contributors
- The ebook does not have a table of contents, but the paperback does. Sorry about that, but the ebook does have links to everyone’s blogs and book if you were a published author at the time of the submission.
- If you like how it turned out, be sure to give it 5 stars on Goodreads!
- If you have a Goodreads account and want to be added as an author, leave a comment with a link to your Goodreads profile.
If you received a free copy or want to donate more than the 35 cents we get per book sold, you can donate directly to our Paypal account where 100% of the funds sent to us will go to the charity.
We wanted to make this humble collection of stories for you: the talented contributors, readers, and commenters. Any money we can raise for the charity is a fantastic bonus.
Come back in 2 hours for our regularly scheduled Picture it & Write prompt.
– Eliabeth and Ermisenda
*Payment schedule will vary depending on the amount of royalties paid over any given period. Payments begin after cost of ISBN registration is recouped.

I’m just tickled pink and every other color in this picture. I read through quite a bit of it already. Some of the poetry is a little squished on my iPhone, but it all looks great on the PC. You guys did a great job. I love ♥ the cover! Congrats on getting it done, and thanks so much for including me!
Yes, I’d love to be added as an author. https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/7445671-anne-schilde

We listed the contributors on this page: https://ermiliablog.wordpress.com/ermilia-books/picture-it-write-publications/ for anyone who missed it on the original update.

It doesn’t look like you submitted anything for it.

No worries – I have been out-of-the-loop for ‘Picture it and write’ for a while anyway. 🙂

Call me a Luddite but I prefer the print version of books ( I read far too much on screens in my job ) and will pay full price thank you very much!
Ermilia said:
We’ll actually be able to donate more from paperback sales so for those who can, that’s the better way to go. We’ll announce when the paperback is ready as well but without quite as much fanfare. – Elia

Yaaay! I’m super happy with this! My first time ever being published, haha. How can we order the paperback copy? Through Amazon too?
I’d like a kindle copy? My email: nanda . fogli @ gmail . com
And my Goodreads > https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/4795064-nanda

We’ve ordered a proof of the paperback; once it’s live, you’ll be able to order it on Amazon as well. Added you but it’s going to a blank profile. Anne had the same problem. I think you need to make your account a Goodreads author account and claim the book. If you have any trouble, I’ll get more info from Anne as her request is currently being processed.
Just e-mailed a kindle copy to you.

Oook! No worries!
I’ll have a look at that Goodread thing later, then.
Thanks again!
